Poste de technicien

You have a several year professional experience

	either in molecular biology (cloning, PCR, southern blot …), or
	in cellular biology (culture of primary cells or stem cells)

Vous possédez une expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années

	soit en biologie moléculaire (clonage, PCR, …)
	soit en biologie cellulaire (culture primaire ou culture de cellules souches)

You are interested in working in a laboratory where

	scientific quality of the work performed must follow high quality standarts
	autonomy is a daily requirement

Your performance will drive professional development and your salary.

Entry salary is be based on past experience and a stock option plan is in place for every employee. All jobs are full time “CDI” (undetermined length contract).

Scientific consultant

You are a good scientist willing to quit benchwork and to focus your knowledge and expertise in the development of scientific projects. You have strong communication skills and the desire to discover new experiences.
You will be in charge of part of our customer portfolio, as well as technologies and products in development (senior consultant).
Autonomy, reactivity and sense of responsibilities are key elements for a successful evolution.
Salary will depend on experience, stock options are allocated each year depending on performance.

Project leader / Scientist

You will be in charge of the entire project management from the designing of the biological models to the management of the customer and / or partner relationship.
In your day to day work you will have to coordinate the work of several scientists and to interact with the support services of the company.
Salary will depend on experience, stock options are allocated each year based on performance.
Expertise and skills required :

	A strong scientific background, an experience in the transgenic field would be appreciate.
	A real professional experience, a Ph.D. plus a post doctorate in two different countries are required.
	Autonomy, a great sense of responsibility, and communication skill are required, since you will be managing important and complex projects.
	Management skill is crucial.
	Language: fluent English is the only language required.
